1.1 With our Privacy Policy, So Typical Me (“So Typical Me”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a part of Burde Publishing AB, org.nr. 556215-2479, want to give an account of the personal data which we may collect from you or that is provided to us by you, and how it is processed in accordance with applicable legislation.
1.2 In order to be able to enter into, and fulfil, our contract to you, we inevitably need to process your personal data. You data is collected by us or provided by you when you visit the So Typical Me website (our ”Website”), use our design application (the “Service”), correspond with us by telephone, chat or email, and if you place an order. We do not collect data from any other sources.
2.1 So Typical Me is the Personal Data Administrator for the personal data you provide us in the scenarios listed under 1.2. As such, So Typical Me is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed safely in accordance with applicable legislation and that your rights are uphold. You will find details of your rights and our responsibility for them in section 9 and 10, and our contact details in section 12.
3.1 As a user of the Service, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights to the material you choose to upload (images and text) and that it complies with applicable laws.
4.1 So Typical Me use cookies to distinguish you from other users and enhance your experience. A cookie is a small file with data and a unique identifier, sent from a website to your browser for the website to remember you. At the So Typical Me Website, for instance, it means that you can continue an already started design if you should happen to close your browser during the design process.
4.2 It is possible to block cookies in your browser settings, as well as erase those that is already stored. Please note that cookies are a vital technology for many websites to work as intended, and by blocking them entirely you may severely limit your user experience and many features may not be available to you.

6.1 Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary for the following purposes:
6.2 Temporarily saved product customisations and related data will be cleared from our systems within a month from the last recorded activity unless an account has been created or a purchase made, after which 6.1.1 apply.
7.1 So Typical Me may disclose your personal information to third parties when this is necessary for us to fulfil any contract we enter into with you, and in order to market our Service and brand. This includes IT providers, transporter companies and payment service providers as well as marketing platforms. These partners, in their capacity as independent personal data administrators, are in turn responsible for ensuring that your data is processed safely in accordance with applicable legislation. Any disclosure of your personal data follows appropriate security measures.
7.2 Your information may also be disclosed to third parties if we are under legal obligation to do so in connection with legal proceedings or investigations globally. If authorised, we will notify you before acting on any such request unless doing so would interfere with the proceedings or otherwise prevent the detection of crime. If required, we will also disclose your information to protect the property, rights and safety of So Typical Me / Burde Publishing AB, our partners or customers.
7.3 We will never sell your personal data to any third party.
8.1 So Typical Me store the data we collect from you within the EU/EEA. However, this data may be processed by staff operating outside of this area who work for one of our partners or service providers. Some of our partners, such local transporter companies, or platforms such as Facebook or Google, may store or process your data outside of the EU/EAA. In their capacity as independent personal data administrators, they are responsible for your personal data being processed safely in accordance with applicable legislation.
9.1 So Typical Me will answer your request regarding your rights as soon as possible, but at the latest one month from first contact. If your request is particularly complicated or otherwise deemed impossible to fulfil within the stated time frame, we have the right of time extension after informing you of such within the first month. Please note that if you request for us to delete or restrict the use of your data, this will in many cases mean that you can no longer use our Services and we will not be able to enter into any contract with you.
10.1 Right of Access: You are entitled to, once per year, be given an extract of your personal data that we have stored and details on how it is used. For additional copies, or if your request is distinctly without reason or unfounded, we are entitled to charge an administrative fee or to refuse your request.
10.2 Right of Rectification: We will strive to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. Should you believe that the information we have stored is inaccurate or incomplete, you are encouraged to notify us of any changes to the details you have provided us. Should we discover on our own accord that your information is incorrect, we will on our initiative correct, supplement, or delete as needed.
10.3 Right to Erasure: You have the right “to be forgotten” without delay in the cases listed below. Should we be unable to delete your personal data for legitimate or legal reasons, we will inform you of this.

10.7 Right to Complain: You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority if you are unhappy with how we process your personal information. However, we want to encourage you to first contact us in the event of any complaints or concerns.
11.1 We reserve the right to change this policy at our sole discretion. Any changes made to our privacy policy that is more than simply editorial will be posted on this page; and if necessary due to its significance, notified to you by email. We want to encourage you to make sure we have the correct contact address to reach you if needed (see 10.2)
