Customer Support
How long will it take for my planner or notebook to be delivered?
Production of your customized planner or notebook will be completed within one workweek (mon-fri), after which we'll ship it to you with USPS Tracked Residential Delivery. You'll receive an e-mail containing a tracking link as soon as your order is ready to ship (allow for up to 24hrs for the link to activate, there can be a delay) Delivery usually takes 3-6 working days from dispatch.

Please note that during especially busy seasons, holidays or other extenuating circumstances, shipping might take up to 3 workweeks.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn’t been shipped from us yet, your delivery address can be changed. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address, on info@sotypicalme.com

We can’t promise that we can catch your request on time, but we’ll do our best!
Can I track my order?
If you choose a trackable shipping option at checkout, you'll receive a tracking link when your order is ready to ship from us. Allow for up to 24hrs for the link to activate, as there can be a delay.

If you chose a non-trackable shipping option (standard non-trackable) at checkout, your order can't be tracked after it's left our bookbindery. You'll still receive an email notifying you when your order is ready to ship!
Can I cancel my order?
Personalized items
Once you have completed your purchase, your order will automatically be sent to print right away so that it can be delivered to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we're unable to stop an individual order or make changes to your product once your order has been placed (other than changing the delivery address). Please double-check your design before placing your order!

Please note that we don’t accept returns of personalized products as it’s been uniquely created for you - all sales are final. However; do contact us in case of damage or printing faults that aren't due to a mistake when ordering!

Accessories (non-personalized items)
If your order contains no personalized items, there’s a small window in which we can cancel your order before it’s shipped.
Contact us on info@sotypicalme.com as soon as possible.
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation or any other e-mails from you?
If your order went through, you'll receive an immediate order confirmation. Please check your spam folder if that's not the case.

Shipping to Canada and Brazil
Orders to Canada and Brazil will be sent by tracked letter mail.
Canada: 5-6 work days
Brazil: 6-8 work days

What sizes are available?
We currently offer three sizes: A6 (4.1” x 5.8”), A5 (5.8” x 8.3” and a hardcover B5 (6.9" x 9.8").
Our two smaller sizes are protected by Polypropylene (PP) plastic, which is slightly larger than the paper.
Can I get a Large with plastic covers, or A5/A6 with hardcovers?
Not right now, no. But do let us know if this is something that you want - we always take our customers' wishes into account when developing new features and products!
Can I choose when I want the planner to start?
Yes! At step 5 of the design tool, you can select the month you'd like your planner to start.
Please account for production and shipping times when choosing your start month.
What's included with my planner or notebook?
All customized products come with a free sheet of 305 stickers to get your planning started!

Depending on the size you choose, you’ll also find the following included:
A5: a snap-in ruler, as well as a snap-in plastic pocket for your stickers, notes or other important papers.
A6: a snap-in ruler
B5: a paper pocket on the back inside cover
How do I pay?
At checkout, you can choose between PayPal, PayPal Card payment and G Pay/Apple Pay.
Will the photos I upload look nice when they're printed?
If you upload a high-resolution photo, it'll look nice. Our design tool warns you if it thinks the resolution of your photo isn't high enough. Once the photo is uploaded, you can use the design tool to zoom in/out and move it if needed.
Where and how are your planners and notebooks made?
All personalized products are printed on purchase, and then bound by hand by experienced craftsmen in our book bindery in southern Sweden. Some of our team members have been creating beautiful planners and notebooks for over 30 years!

With that said - with manual processes like this, mistakes can still happen that slip by unnoticed in the quality controls. Never hesitate to contact us in case of damage or printing faults that don’t match your design.
What type of paper is the products printed on?
High-quality 3.8-ounce/110 gsm Amber Graphic paper from Arctic Paper.
How many pages does the planner or notebook have?
Including the cover pages:
A5 & A6: 150 pages
B5: 200 pages

The distribution of these pages depend on the type of product you create and your design choices.
Why create your own planner, journal or notebook?
Because the way you use your planner or notebook is unique to you! By creating your own, you can make sure that it has all the features that you need and want for your life. Maybe you want a classic layout with just a small twist. Maybe you want extra-everything. Maybe something in between. You do you!
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards that are sent to the recipient’s email address immediately, or on a specific date that you can choose at the time of purchase. If you want to deliver your gift personally, you can also choose to have the gift card delivered to your own email address instead and then print it at home.

Our gift cards are valid for 2 years from the time of issue, and can be used for any of our products (except for another gift card) present or future unless otherwise specified.
My gift card hasn’t been delivered, what to do!?
Don’t panic! If the order was completed and you received a confirmation, the card will be in our system and we’ll be able to help you.
First: please ask the recipient (if not yourself) to check their spam folder. If it’s not there, please contact our customer support team at info@sotypicalme.com with your order number.
I’ve received a gift card, how do I use it?
Congratulations! You can enter your gift card code at checkout to use it. If you’d like to keep track of your balance (and not worry about losing the code), you can select “Add to your account” in the email you received. If you don’t already have an account with us you’ll be prompted to create one. You’ll now be able to automatically add your gift card at checkout, granted that you’re logged in of course.
